What is MVNO?
A Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) is a company that does not own a licensed frequency spectrum, but resells wireless services under their own brand name, using the network of another mobile phone operator.
MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) is company provides infrastructure and services to enable MVNO’s to offer services and have a relationship with end-user customers.
We are not considering MVNO, if it is created or owned by host network.
